Extra Davening

As our hearts and minds are constantly connected with Israel and the IDF:
At the conclusion of each minyan, we will continue to recite Chapter 130 of Tehillim.
After each class at BRS, we will gather to complete Sefer Tehillim.
Each youth program will either contain Tehillim, a special tefilla/song, and/or activity related to Israel.

Daven for the Safe Return of the Hostages
Pictures of the hostages will be available in the lobby. Please take one and daven for the safe return and wellbeing of the individual on your page.
Start Shabbos Early
Light Candles 10 minutes early and come to shul at 6:15pm to say Tehillim Mechulak before Mincha.

Adopt a Soldier

Soldier2Soldier pairs up an IDF soldier in the field with one in the Beis Medrash. It creates a personal kesher between one man's Torah learning commitment and the safe return and success of an Israeli Soldier. You can sign up for any of the weekly shiurim at BRS and learn for your soldier. Click here to sign up.

Write a Letter to a Soldier's Wife
Support the wives of IDF soldiers who are managing their families and homes alone, while their spouses  are protecting the Jewish people. This is an easy and meaningful way to give direct emotional support to wives and mothers who are struggling on their own without their husbands and fathers. Visit www.ezrasnashim.org/write-a-letter
