Are your children away at school? Perhaps they are married and are no longer a part of your daily lives! Then become a part of an awesome group of fun-loving adults who just want to have a great time with friends and at the same time meet new people!
This past year we had a delicious Friday night dinner with a thought provoking speaker, and a fun-filled Purim Seudah with an outstanding DJ and a scrumptious meal. Our upcoming year is going to be the best ever! We are planning to add a trip to the Hard Rock Casino, a theater party, a trip to the Jewish museum in Miami and a brunch!
Most of our events will be taking place from December to April so that we can accommodate all of the Snow Birds who join us in the winter! You will be able to read about all of our upcoming exciting events in the BRS Weekly Activity sheet.

The BRS Sisterhood is an important part of the BRS community that provides educational and social programming while instilling Ahavat Yisrael and raising needed funds for the synagogue.
Sisterhood programs are geared to unite the women of our community by creating a sense of purpose, involvement, volunteerism, and friendship. We endeavor to fill our calendar with a variety of programs to meet the needs of our membership.
In past years our fundraising has allowed us to donate to important programs such as Tomchei Shabbos, renovating the playground, new kitchen supplies and bathroom refurbishment.
Our biggest program of the year revolves around Purim . A holiday basket is assembled by Sisterhood for all members as a way of fulfilling the mitzvah of Mishloach Manot. The funds raised from this program helped feed our needy families for Passover. With your enthusiasm, we raised over $25,000 this past year.
