| Written by the greatest poets in Jewish history, including Adam, Moses, and King David, throughout our history the recitation of the Tehillim has inspired our souls and helped facilitate a dialog with Hashem for ourselves or others who are in crisis for his merciful intervention. |

Provide your contact information (name; phone number; relationship to the person and some details of the situation) |

Provide the person’s Hebrew or Yiddish name, and their mother’s Hebrew or Yiddish name |

Please make sure to notify the Chairperson when the individual may be removed from the list. |

Receive the three psalms that you should recite daily |
|
Rotate forward three psalms every Rosh Chodesh (check Zmanim Calender for Rosh Chodesh) |

It is your responsibility to have an up to date Refuah Shlayma list |
|
The list is available in the literature rack in the shul lobby or in the downloads section of the website |
|
If you will be away for an extended period of time please notify the Circle Chairperson, so an updated list can be sent to you. |
|
Recite your tehillim daily (it is an important obligation) |
|
You may recite them in any language (Hebrew, English, other) |
|
After reciting your tehillim, please recite the Prayer for the Sick, which can be found in the back of the ArtScroll Tehillim book, or from the shul office. |
